Sound Familiar? You're Not Alone.

Too many people in Gales Ferry and Southeastern CT are putting up with pelvic pain, leakage, or discomfort because they don't know there's a better path forward — or they've tried PT before and walked away disappointed.

I've Tried PT Before and It Didn't Help

You spent weeks at a clinic where you waited your turn, worked with a tech, and did the same generic exercises on a table. You left feeling like PT just wasn't for you. We hear this all the time — and we do things differently.

I Keep Managing, Hoping It Gets Better on Its Own

Whether it's pelvic pain, leakage with exercise, or discomfort you've normalized, waiting rarely makes it better. The good news: most of our patients feel meaningful progress within just a handful of visits.

I Don't Even Know Where to Start

Pelvic health is an underserved area — and conversations around it can feel awkward or stigmatized. Our pelvic health specialist, Alison Colussi, DPT, is passionate about making these conversations easy, empowering, and completely normal.

  • "The staff at GOAT PT are absolutely wonderful — patient, encouraging, kind, and they really listen to you. I came in with back pain that was keeping me from my normal activities, and Dr. Amy was able to get the pain managed in just one appointment. I've been able to get back to doing what I love. I couldn't recommend them enough!"

  •  "I like the GOAT concept of one-on-one PT for a one-hour session. I did ten sessions for hip pain. Ben provided a variety of exercises using no equipment or things I already had at home. I had my last session in mid-December 2024 and have continued with the exercises at home. Thank you, GOAT, for helping me manage my hip pain!"

  •  -  Michael Kilburg

"I was searching for a place to work out with access to a professional trainer who could help me without hurting myself, as well as help with chronic shoulder pain and arthritis. This place checked all the boxes. They provide a functional fitness class that is fun yet challenging, to help build strength and balance — run by physical therapists who make sure you're doing it correctly. Highly recommend."
