YOUR GOAT PERSONAL TRAINING PLAN
STEP 1: BOOK A FREE CONSULT
You talk, we listen. On this free 15-minute phone consult, we'll chat about your training history, exercise preferences, and most importantly your GOAT goals!
STEP 2: HAVE YOUR INITIAL EVALUATION
During this 60 minute evaluation you'll meet with your PT to talk about what your goals are, and what's stopping you from hitting them. You'll go through a movement assessment and map out how to execute your GOAT plan
STEP 3: EXECUTE YOUR GOAT PLAN
After the evaluation, the next 3 months will be perfectly planned out. You'll know exactly what needs to be done to get out of pain, optimize your sport. and start feeling your best. Your GOAT self!
I was searching for a place to work out with access to a professional trainer who could provide me with advice on how to do so without hurting myself as well as to help me with chronic shoulder pain and arthritis in my ankle. I also wanted workouts that will help me to age well. This place checked all the boxes. They provide a functional fitness class that is fun yet challenging, to help build strength and balance. The classes are run by physical therapists who make sure that you're performing the exercises correctly. They offer P. T. as well along with other choices for programs. I love going there and highly recommend them.
