Pelvic Health Physical Therapy at GOAT
Pelvic Health Physical Therapy at GOAT
Because your pelvis deserves GOAT-level care, too.
If you’ve been quietly dealing with bladder leaks when you laugh, pain that’s making intimacy uncomfortable, or a core that just hasn’t felt right since baby #2—first of all, you’re not alone. And second: this is exactly what pelvic health physical therapy is for.

What We Treat

Pelvic floor dysfunction shows up in many ways, but here are a few of the most common reasons people seek us out:
Bladder leaks or strong “gotta go” urges (Stress incontinence, urge incontinence, urgency/frequency)
Bowel issues like constipation or leaking (Yes, we treat those too.)
Pain with sex or pelvic exams (Vaginismus, vulvodynia, vestibulodynia)
Chronic pelvic pain, including endometriosis and painful scarring
Pregnancy-related pain in the low back, hips, SI joint, or pubic area
Postpartum recovery, including C-section or perineal scar pain, diastasis recti, and prolapse
Pre- and post-surgical rehab for urogynecological or urological procedures
We work with adults of all ages and all genders—because pelvic health is whole-body health, no matter who you are or where you are in life.
What to Expect

You won’t find cookie-cutter protocols or passive “just do your kegels” plans here.
Instead, you’ll get a one-on-one evaluation in a private, supportive environment with a pelvic floor physical therapist who listens, explains, and meets you where you are. We focus on education, movement, and real-world strategies tailored to your body and your goals. Our approach is gentle, thorough, and function-forward—because you deserve care that actually works.
Let’s Talk About It

We know pelvic health issues can be tough to talk about. That’s why we make it easy to start the conversation—judgment-free, no pressure, and with total respect for your comfort.
Whether you're dealing with something new or something you've been told to “just live with,” let’s figure it out together.
