Be Your Greatest with GOAT: Step by Step

Step 1: Book your free consultation
You talk, we listen. Book a free phone consultation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Let's chat about your pain, limitations, questions, and what keeping you from being your greatest version of yourself.

Step 2: Initial Evaluation
During this 60 minute head-to-toe evaluation, you and your physical therapist will work together to find the true cause of your pain and physical limitations. We will look at your strength, mobility, flexibility, and functional movement patterns. Be sure to dress to move!
You'll leave this session with a roadmap to your goals; including a comprehensive home exercise program through our TrueCoach app right on your phone!

STEP 3: Execute your GOAT plan
After the evaluation, the next 3 months will be perfectly planned out. You'll know exactly what needs to be done to get out of pain and start feeling your best.

MEET OUR TEAM

Dr. Colleen Davis
Dr. Colleen Davis is the owner and fearless leader of GOAT. She loves to work with neurologic and vestibular rehab patients. One of her favorite things is to hear how movement and exercise has changed people’s lives for the better.
She lives in Gales Ferry with her husband Kevin (who is also our IT specialist and general handyman), their two kids Cassidy & Keagan, and GOAT’s mascot Winston.
Her favorite thing to snack on is pickles. If Colleen wasn’t a physical therapist, she would be an FBI agent. Her pet peeves include Dolly Parton’s song “9 to 5” and Sandy.

Dr. Amy Mooradian, DPT
Dr. Amy Mooradian (aka Amy “Magic Hands” Mooradian) is GOAT’s lead physical therapist and our Manual Therapy Guru. Amy has been a physical therapist for over 21 years and loves treating headaches, neck pain, runners, and weekend warriors.
She lives in Waterford with her husband Greg, their daughters Emily & Elizabeth, and their little rescue pup Aspen. Amy enjoys running & completed the Disney Princess race in 2023. She loves all things Disney & Boston sports.
She helps lead her daughters’ girl scout troops, is team lead for her church’s children ministry, and sings on the church worship team. If Amy wasn’t a physical therapist, she would be a PA. Amy’s pet peeves include people who don’t use their blinkers and Colleen.

Pauline Wyatt, PT
Pauline Wyatt has been a physical therapist for almost 30 years. She loves working with athletes and active seniors.
Pauline and her husband have four wonderful young adult children. She is an avid skier and loves being active, adventurous, and outdoors with her family.
Her favorite snack is any healthy sweet treat that involves dark chocolate. If Pauline wasn’t a physical therapist, she would be a detective or a Saturday Night Live cast member. Her pet peeve is Amy.

Sandy Kulterman
Sandy Kulterman is our Client Experience Coordinator. Her favorite thing at GOAT is chatting with all our members.
Sandy lives in Gales Ferry with her husband of 26 years, their 4 kids, her mom, 4 dogs, and 2 cats. When she isn’t at GOAT, she likes to read, snuggle the pups, and hang out with friends and family.
Her favorite snack is peanut butter M&Ms. If she was not a part of the GOAT team, she would be a vet tech. Her pet peeves include whistling, being late, and Ben.

Dr. Ben Choi, DPT
Dr. Ben Choi is a 2023 UCONN DPT graduate. He is GOAT’s barbell coach and a competitive weight lifter. He is also a USAW Level 1 and Olympic weightlifting coach.
He loves working with barbell athletes and all active individuals. Ben lives in Manchester with his fiancé Janet and their two cats Maple and Gynko.
His hobbies are weightlifting, coaching weightlifting, and competing nationally in weightlifting. In addition to all things weightlifting, Ben also loves to hike with his fiancé.
His favorite things to snack on are anything crispy, especially potato chips. If Ben wasn’t a physical therapist, he would either join the military or be a racecar driver. His pet peeve is Pauline.

Alison Colussi, PT, DPT
Alison Colussi, PT, DPT has over 10 years of experience as a pelvic floor physical therapist and works with adults of all ages and genders. She treats patients with bladder and bowel concerns, pelvic pain, prolapse, issues surrounding pregnancy and postpartum, and pre/post gynecological or urological surgery.
Her special interests are in chronic pelvic pain such as endometriosis, as well as all postpartum care. In attempts to de-stigmatize conversations around pelvic health, Alison greatly enjoys speaking about pelvic floor physical therapy to groups in the community and anyone else who will listen.
Often seen with a pelvis model in-hand, her treatment style is rooted in patient education and empowerment. Alison lives on the shoreline with her husband Tim and their three young children. When she isn't in the clinic she is usually outside - in her backyard, at the playground, or at the beach.

Winston Davis
Winston Davis is GOAT’s mascot and snack enthusiast. His responsibilities at GOAT include greeting people, giving emotional support, looking adorable, and making sure no food ever hits the ground.
Winston lives in Gales Ferry with mom, dad, and 2 siblings. His favorite snack is anything that hits the floor or whatever someone else is eating.
If he wasn’t GOAT’s mascot, he would love to be a doggie treat taste tester. His pet peeve is not being allowed to lay with people on the yoga mats while they are working out.
